The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim High Hrothgar problem?

I am playing the quest in skyrim where you are suposed to visit the greybeards up in high hrothgrar. When I arrived there, I was suposed to shout for them to prove that I am a dragonborne, but a problem accoured. The greybeards doesn't react when I shout. They just keep telling me to shout, even when I aleready have done it!

Try using the shout again

also make sure you have the correct shout selected
Make sure you use the "Unrelenting Force" shout and be sure you use it so it hits them--they kept telling me to do it too until I blasted a few of them back with it. Hope this helps!The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim High Hrothgar problem?
are you useing the right shout and are you standing in the place they what you to stand. try holding in the right bumper if useing the xbox
