Where to buy a novice fear spell in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?

to get into the college of winterhold i have to cast a fear spell and i bought one off the girl at the winterhold but it is an apprentice spell and i do not have enough magicka to cast it. If you don't know where to get a novice fear spell, then at least tell me where i can buy a good novie illusion spell which can get my illusion up from 16 to 25 quickly, help would be greatly appreciated :-)Where to buy a novice fear spell in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?

I guess you cannot get one for novice. But what you can do is Level up magicka until 120 and then use a Potion of Extra Magicka which boosts +20 mana or make one yourself even if alchemy is low it's be enough as you need +13 magicka only. You can find ingredients for mana boost on google
