New levelling up mechanics with 3 main attributes? i believe, no more acrobatics, mob level scalings in different areas, they dont all try and kill you, epic looking UI, no more freezing time when talking to people, MODS! ARE BACK!, but thats not new, currency system works so much better and different. you can work at a lumbermill thingy and earn money or destroy it and there will be less arrows in the shops....and DRAGONS
The DLCs, theres bound to be some and looking at oblivions Shivering isles DLC imagin the main DLC for skyrim
