ACTUALLY, no. The Septims are gone. I do hope you realize that there were more than just one family of dragonborns right, the Septims weren't the only ones. YOU are not a Septim but a Dovahkiin. because the Septims were dragon born does not make you a dragon, Septims were not the only family line that was dragon born.
Another reason you can't be is because you can be of any race. And it is nearly impossible to cross an Imperial and Argonian. I'm sorry but you are not a Septim in this game as far as the lore goes.Is the character you play at elder scrolls V a septim?
