The elder scrolls V Skyrim any good mage shops?

Are their any good mage shops that sell high end spell tomes? Mainly under the destruction and conjuration for summoning.The elder scrolls V Skyrim any good mage shops?
Chad has a good point but let me add on to it, there is also some random spell tomes at "Bits and Pieces" in Solitude...and to add to that goto the Blue Palace in Solitude and theres a lady there that sells ALL kind of spell tomesThe elder scrolls V Skyrim any good mage shops?
The only place i could think of is the Mage College. "College Of Winterhold". It is on the top right of your map.If you are a mage, then once you join they give you robes based on what option (class) you pick for your mage.(For instance, i am Destruction, so shes asks, what are you here to learn, Reply: I want to learn Fire and Ice and destroy all who oppose me). In there you will find a few helpful mages who will teach you spells, and sell you things. That should be suffice for Mage Gear %26amp; Spells.
