No, not really. However, there are some things to keep in mind if you're a parent.



The game starts off with an execution via beheading (I've seen worse on tv). There are many zombie-like enemies but they're not scary. There may be some creepy or mildly gory parts, particularly in deep underground areas with enemies called Falmer (they eat people and turn some into slaves).
