i never played any of the elder scrolls or any game related to them so if i play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will i be completely lost or could i grasp whats going on?Can i play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim without ever playing other elder scrolls?
No, it depends if you listen to the story or you just wanna have fun with it, but i dont think it matters
You'll be fine. The games are independent stories that take place in the same universe. Meaning, that if you've played the others, then you will be familiar with the universe and you may catch onto some of the little references, but it's not necessary to have played the other ones. This game takes place 200 years after the last one anyway. Can i play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim without ever playing other elder scrolls?
You should be fine. The last Elder Scrolls game i played for ES III: Morrowind. I'm playing Skyrim now and it's all good. Plus, you can always just pick up a Skyrim strategy guide, or go to Wikipedia and read up on the back story. But yhou should be fine either way.
FYI, i've been hearing of people having issues with the PC version of Skyrim. Got mine for PS3.
The Elder scrolls 5 has been 1 of the most anticipated games of 2011. This game has its ups and flaws. I got a copy and the first thing that bugged me was the fact that you can only play the game if you are online and its not even an online RPG? Well, we at Reload have a review for you. Check it out, tell us what you think. Overall, its not really a continuation so even if you start on the 5th release, you will still enjoy it
