Are we still looking at a late 2010 release for Elder Scrolls V?

Bathesda announced after the release of fallout 3 in 2008 that they planned the TES V to be released in 2010 but they've said little since and are now working on fallout nex vegas. i know this is made by a seperate part of the company so its still possible but they've been really quiet on the issue. i'd love any info anyone knows :)Are we still looking at a late 2010 release for Elder Scrolls V?
Bethesda are still yet to announce that they are even working on Elder Scrolls V. Its quite depressing for us fans of the series because its been 4 years since the last game in the series and it doesnt usually take that long for a developer to bring out their next game.



I can only assume that working on Fallout: New Vegas has slowed down their announcements for the next in the series. We can probably expect them to announce it some time next year, or at least after New Vegas is released.
no info from anywhere i think the whole company was making fallout NV great they kinda neglected TES 5 but they should get back to it after the realease i mean they haven evan released a trailer or a demo and they would of officially anounced something at the E3 show dont you rekon

I agree with alex, it'll not be until E3 that we learn anything, if then. Even then, we'll be told that our waiting will have just been a prelude to more waiting. Even today, I still play Morrowind and Oblivion on a regular basis, and honestly, holding off on TESV is a good thing, look at what they've learned with the consoles (especially the PS3) and the new DirectX 10/11 and updated Shader Models and such. They have learned so much in the past couple of years that their new product will likely shatter any title before it and give us more than we desire. I anticipate mid-to-late 2011 or early 2012 before we see our beloved franchise return, but can say with much confidence we'll likely find the wait more than worth it. I am very excited.

It's not coming out in 2010. If it was they would have shown some game-play footage or a trailer. You will probably have to wait until next E3 to see what they are up too.
