as some one else said,only you know which game you will enjoy more.skyrim could be a very long lasting game if you try doing every thing possible in it.i have only done the first 1/3rd of the main story,now i have been out exploring to try and find all of the different places in skyrim.i have found 150 of the over 300 different areas,i haven't gone into them just located them.so far this has taken me 70 hours and i figure i have about 300 more to go,i love it.if you think you will enjoy the other game more,then trade in skyrim and get that.hope this helps.
If anything little play time will extend your elder scrolls experience. You could keep it for months or years even and never run out of fun stuff to do. Just for the sheer number of things you can do I would suggest you keep it.The elder scrolls V skyrim question?
