I really want to get into the orc strongholds. Alas I am only a level eight. I read that it could appear in a few different dungeons but I really would like to know if it is possible to get them in these dungeons at my level.Would I be able to obtain the forgemasters fingers at level 8 in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?
