I need to harvest Wood Elf blood and the only Wood Elf I know of is at The Drunken Hunstman in Whiterun. He is the shop owner, how do I eliminate him without getting a bounty.

surely you could just raid a couple of caves for necromancers/conjurers/mages of any type? Any dungeon with a bunch of caster baddies is going to have at least one wood-elf in the mix.The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - How to kill NPC's w/o getting a bounty.?
