i would imagine it will be rated m just because when you take some ones armor they will probably end up in there underwear,which is no big deal and the violence will also play a part in the rating.from the looks of the trailer,we know its a new area and there are dragons,other than that im not sure.hope this helps.What is The Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim going to be rated?
Skyrim will be an 18, however Oblivion was a fifteen and was clearly suitable for younger audiences, so i think there may just be more battle and stuff,

The rating is still pending, but on the site, you have to put in your age and if your younger than 18, you cant go on the site. So, i think it will be rated Mature. Here's the website, i put in my age.
