In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim were the Elves in Skyrim first or were the Nords?

I just got the new Elder Scrolls game (Skyrim) and I'm wondering if the elves were in Skyrimt b4 the Nords or were the Nords in Skyrim first.

Sorta like how the Indians were in North America first but then got placed into reserves. In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim were the Elves in Skyrim first or were the Nords?
It was not Dwemer, it was actually the Snow Elves (today known as Falmer, which are the devolved descendants of Snow Elves) that inhabited Skyrim first. The Dwemer were the first inhabitants of Vvardfell in Morrowind, not Skyrim.

So to answer your question, yes, elves were in Skyrim long before the Nords.
The Falmer (Snow Elves) are considered to be the original inhabitants, the Nords arrived in Skyrim from the continent of Atmora and the Dark Elves came from Aldmeris, though it is unsure which of the races were first to arive. It can be pretty certain that the Nords have become the dominant race in Skyrim; the Dark Elves already dominate Morrowind. In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim were the Elves in Skyrim first or were the Nords?
Yes, because the Dwemer (or however you spell it) were the first civilization and your character ends up exploring their ruins. They all are extinct though. and they were a type of Elf.
IDK, maybe the Nords, there is not much on this. If you have the games, talk to some elves and Nords, or read books on the history of Skyrim you are sure to figure out.In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim were the Elves in Skyrim first or were the Nords?
Nords were there first.
