What is the best race and Perks for a One Hand + shield type warrior in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?

Im planning to play the game, there are aot of races and paths but i prefer a warrior who uses a one hand weapon plus a shield.



so which race is best fit for such plan?



also what perks should i get and which order?

I would a nord, Orc, Or red gaurd. they all have good melee skills. the orc can go into beserker rage and do extra melee damage, the nord is strong all around and even though you want shield, dual weilding in the future will help you out so much more if you stack you level up points on healthWhat is the best race and Perks for a One Hand + shield type warrior in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?
