Im lvl 24, and I have about 10 dragon souls waiting to be used and since Im running around a lot I've discovered 9 new shouting words. But how do I learn to shout them?! I have visited "High Hrothgar" to maybe get som help there, but still nothing. I cant even meet the dragon above high hrothgar.

You have to kill the dragons for dragon souls then when you are in your magic tab if you look in one of the bottom conners it says how ever many dragon souls you have. you must unlock it by clicking "x" or what ever the button is. i have like 18 shouts :)How do I learn new shouts in Skyrim the elder scrolls V?
Open up your Magic menu. Under the shouts section, select the shout you want to unlock. At the bottom of the text box there should be a notation showing which key/button to hit to unlock (on PS3 it is the square button).
